韓式大醬湯
特別喜歡素湯，無論清淡還是味濃。大醬湯裡，沒有油，沒有肉，卻是格外的有味道。
普通的食材做得濃郁，韓醬功不可沒。溶入湯裡，化掉，消失無形，不動聲色地渲染了湯色，滋潤了食材。了無痕蹟的動人處，最是一番好滋味。大醬湯泡米飯，吃得很火熱，極過癮。
材料：
乾海帶結10克、土豆1個、豆腐1小塊、白蘑菇2個、西葫蘆半個、紅椒1根、豆芽30克。
調料：
淘米水（米洗淨後，再放水，用手搓米，直至水變白）、蔥1根、蒜若干瓣、韓式甜辣醬、韓式大醬、辣椒粉。
做法：
1、土豆、豆腐切塊，蘑菇、西葫蘆、紅椒切片，蔥切段，蒜切碎，海帶結泡發。
2、淘米水倒入鍋中，放入大醬和甜辣醬，攪拌勻。
3、將海帶結放入，煮10分鐘。
4、依次放入土豆、蘑菇、豆腐，煮幾分鐘。
5、再放入豆芽、西葫蘆、紅椒。
6、放入蔥段、蒜碎，調入辣椒粉，攪拌勻，關火。

涼拌蘿蔔苗
原料：
蘿蔔苗、薑蒜、蔥頭、鹽、醋、辣椒油、香油、五香粉、生抽。
做法：
1、蘿蔔苗剪去根部清洗乾淨。

鱸魚蒸水蛋
原料：
小號鱸魚一條、雞蛋。
調料：
雞油、鹽、蔥、姜、蒸魚醬油、白糖。
做法：
1、洗淨鱸魚，在魚脊骨橫切一刀，灑1/2湯匙鹽抹遍魚身醃一下。洗淨蔥薑和香菜，蔥和香菜切成段，姜切成絲。
2、在鱸魚的魚腹內塞入少許薑絲，魚身上放些雞油，加保鮮膜放入微波爐中高大火蒸6分鐘。
3、將2隻雞蛋打入碗裡，溫水倒入碗裡，用筷子順一個方向攪打一會兒
4、取出鱸魚倒掉碟中湯汁，放回鍋內，將打好的蛋液倒入碟裡，加蓋再入微波爐加熱中火5分鐘
5、熱鍋添入3湯匙油，爆香薑絲，放入蔥段，倒入4湯匙蒸魚醬油、1/4湯匙白糖還有剛才濞出來的湯汁，拌勻，澆在魚身上然後撒上香菜末。即可，就著烙餅吃就更棒了。

最美的自然風光
話說自上次成都四張後，就再沒有更新四川之旅了，有的同學以為我的遊記就到此結束了，實則是我覺得寫遊記好麻煩噢，但像某同學所說需要造福人類，我麻煩點又算什麼，不過照片就只象徵性貼在這裡幾張，更多大家去FLICKR看吧，這裡的相冊上傳功能我實在是ORZ那種，簡直想送個馬桶給它們。

九寨溝屬於那種到了四川之後的必去之地，其實稻城更是必去之地，我記得陳同志幾百年前就拿了本小畫冊和我說要去稻城看紅葉噢，可幾百年後他還是忙忙碌碌，如今稻城封了，具體原因請查各大新聞網站。九寨溝吧，美的，可大部分情況下，看到美景就舉起相機喀嚓，拍完就閃人到下個地方繼續喀嚓，實在和我的作風相差甚遠，但到了九寨溝必須這麼做了，因為門票貴得很無語，這次去又漲價了，漲價也得進去啊。九寨溝裡除了小紅帽眾多，風景很怡人，水啊樹啊，都很不人工，我們去的那幾天正好是彩林季節，把幾個月的風景在2天內都看完了，所以來不及消化，回來之後，再翻開照片，覺得還真得蠻美的。
